1. Browse through hundreds of designs, choose the ones you like, and add them to your cart.
2. Click the checkout button. We offer several secure payment methods, such as PayPal or credit card.

Once your order is complete, you'll have instant access to download the chosen designs. Additionally, an order confirmation email, including order details and download links, will be sent to you. Please check your inbox, as this email might sometimes land in the SPAM folder by mistake.

The download links for the products ordered will be displayed automatically at the end of the order process. You will also receive an email with the download links, allowing you to retrieve them at a later date.

Yes, we are happy to offer this service. If you purchase a design, it will be available in your order history without any download limits. 

Sometimes, when you download an embroidery design, you might receive a file with the extension .zip. A zip-file is an archive file containing multiple files, packed together for a more efficient download. Think of it as a box with stuff inside: All you have to do is open it and extract the contents - or at least the ones you need for your embroidery machine.

It's the same with zip files: You have to open the file and extract all the contained data - or at least the ones you need for your embroidery machine.

Most embroidery machines use USB sticks. If you buy a new USB stick, it's most likely already in a format that your computer and embroidery machine can read.

If you've installed 2stitchOrganizer in the chapter before, it's straightforward to transfer the designs:

Select the designs in the center view. You can do this by

• clicking on the designs while holding the CMD key (Mac) or CTRL (Windows)
• using a so-called rubber band selection: Press the mouse somewhere on the background of the center view and drag your mouse. You should see a rectangle, and all the items inside it get selected.

If you've filtered your designs, you can also press CTRL-A (Windows) or CMD-A (Mac) - or use Select All from the menu.

Click on the Transfer to machine button in the toolbar and select your USB stick. Press Copy.

Buying the design in the right file format is essential! It's worth nothing if your machine can't read it.

Check your machine's documentation for details about the format to use.

We are unable to give advice on specific machines and software, your machine should accept one of the formats that we offer.

You will need the appropriate HARDWARE/SOFTWARE for your machine brand to use these designs. Examples include your embroidery software, USB flash drive, or a reader/writer box such as Magic or Amazing box, etc. to transfer the design from your computer to your embroidery machine.

Our designs are offered via instant download only.  We do not offer CD’s or floppy discs.

You must know your machine’s HOOP SIZE capabilities. Please only purchase designs based on the hoop sizes available to use for your machine.

For assistance in transferring designs to your machine, and other operating questions for your machine or software, please refer to your manual or embroidery machine or software dealer. Please note that we are UNABLE TO SUPPORT EVERY VERSION OF EVERY SOFTWARE ON THE MARKET, and cannot advise on software. Please contact your support system for your specific software issue.

Our designs have been tested and we ask you to please send your design directly to your machine prior to contacting us to ensure that the design shows in your machine.
