At FineryEmbroidery, we take pride in offering high-quality designs tailored for creative minds like yours. Due to the digital nature of our files, all purchases are final and non-refundable. We encourage you to review each listing carefully before purchasing.
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collections, add your favorite designs to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Once the payment is complete, your files will be instantly available for download on your account and via email.
Can I use a discount code?
Yes! Enter any valid promotion or coupon code during checkout. If your code is not working, feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to assist you.
How do I reset my password?
Click on "Forgot password?" on the login page, and we’ll send you an email to reset it safely and quickly.
Where can I view my orders?
Once logged in, you can access your order history from the "My Account" section, including links to download your designs again anytime.
How are the files delivered?
After purchase, your files will be downloadable directly from the checkout page and sent via email. All files come in a ZIP format including multiple embroidery machine file types.
How do I unzip my files?
On most devices, simply double-click the ZIP file. If needed, you can use free software like WinRAR or 7-Zip. Once unzipped, you’ll find all design formats included.
