Dear customer, thank you for choosing FineryEmbroidery for your embroidery designs.

1. Digital Products and Right of Withdrawal

As our products are digital, they are provided via an access link sent immediately upon purchase. By proceeding with your purchase, you expressly agree that the performance of the contract begins immediately. Consequently, you acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the access link has been sent to you, in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

2. Exceptional Requests

Because you have waived your right of withdrawal upon purchase, no automatic refunds are possible. However, if you believe you have a justifiable reason for a request (such as a significant technical failure on our site), you may submit a query using the electronic tool below.

3. Refunds and Technical Issues

We remain committed to your satisfaction regarding product quality:

  • Technical Issues: If you face errors preventing you from using the designs, contact us at contact@FineryEmbroidery.com.
  • Defective Designs: If a design is proven defective, notify us within 7 days. We will investigate and, if confirmed, offer a replacement or a refund.
