Due to the digital nature of embroidery designs, returns and refunds are generally not accepted. Once you have purchased a design, you cannot revoke access to it. If you encounter technical issues on our website that prevent you from downloading or using the purchased designs, please contact our support team at contact@FineryEmbroidery.com. We will try to help you resolve the issue, but if the problem persists, we will consider a refund. If a purchased design is defective or does not work as advertised, please contact our support team via [contact@FineryEmbroidery.com] within 7 days of purchase. We will thoroughly investigate the issue, and if we find an error in the design, we will offer you the option of a full refund or a replacement with a similar design, according to your preference. Please make sure to provide all relevant information when requesting a return or refund, such as your name, email address, order number, details of any issues encountered, and indications of any errors or technical problems.
