What is your return policy?
At Finery Embroidery, we take pride in offering high-quality designs that are easy to use and perfect for any project. Plus, with our easy-to-use website, you can quickly and securely purchase and download your chosen designs. However, due to the digital nature of this product, all sales are final.

Your Shopping Cart
Select the ‘Checkout’ button in the Shopping Cart status box which is always visible on the right side of your screen. It will let you know how many items you have in your shopping cart. On the Shopping Cart page you can :
  • Click on the design name link to view the specs for each item
  • Enter the code for a coupon or special promotion 
  • Delete an item from your shopping cart by selecting the garbage bin icon 
  • Return to the previous page you viewed by selecting ‘Continue Shopping’ 
  • Complete the ordering process by selecting ‘Checkout’
Finding Embroidery Designs
Searching for just the right embroidery design is fast and easy. There are several ways to search and browse through the thousands of designs on FineryEmbroidery.com. You will always find the Design Search box on the top of your screen Quick Search - Enter a keyword or brand in the blank field of the search box and select the magnifying glass icon. Browse - If you wish to simply browse or page through the collections of designs, use the ‘All Collection’ dropdown. There, you can access the library of designs and products.
Checking Out
Completing the ordering process includes the following steps. From the Shopping Cart:
  • Select ‘Checkout’ 
  • Select/Enter shipping and billing information if applicable 
  • Review your order summary and select click ‘Place Order’ You will then be brought to your order receipt and download if you purchased a design.
Can I leave items in my Shopping Cart?
Yes. If you wish to log out before you finish shopping your cart will hold the items you´ve selected. The next time you log into FineryEmbroidery.com, the items will be there and you can continue shopping or check out.

Resetting Your Password
If you have forgotten your password, click the "Forgot password?" link on the Sign In screen. Enter your email address, and we will send you a link to reset your password.
Registering: Creating a new account
Locate the ‘Sign into Your Account’ link at the top of the page. Select ‘Sign in | Create an account’. Select ‘Create Account’..
Viewing your Order History
To view a complete history of your Fineryembroidery.com orders, you must be logged in.
After logging in, under the ‘Welcome’ tab on top of the page select the ‘Order History’ link.
A list containing your orders by date and order number will appear. If you do not see your order please look through each page.
To view the details of an individual order, select the order number OR select ‘Review Order’.
Overview of the Delivery Process
After completing your payment, you will be directed to view your order, where you can promptly download your designs. Additionally, we will send you an email receipt containing a link for downloading your designs. Our designs are tailored for machine embroidery and are provided in the most widely used commercial and domestic formats. You can specify the formats you need, and you'll receive multiple formats for each design at no extra cost. Furthermore, if you misplace a design file, you can easily re-download your purchased designs anytime for free, either through the link in your order confirmation email or your order history in your account. However, please note that sharing designs is prohibited. For customizable embroidery designs, the turnaround time is typically 24 hours, though it may be shorter depending on the current order volume.
Opening and transfering Zipped Design files
After purchasing an embroidery design and downloading it, the file will likely end up in your Downloads folder. Y
ou can leave it there. The file you download is usually in ZIP format. If you're not familiar with ZIP files, they're essentially compressed packages containing multiple files. To access the contents, you need to "unzip" the file first. 
Your embroidery machine won't be able to read the ZIP file until it's unzipped! Unzipping a ZIP file is straightforward. 
On a Mac, ZIP file extraction is built-in. Just double-click the ZIP file, and a folder will be created with all the contents inside. On a PC, try double-clicking the ZIP file. You'll likely be prompted to extract the files. Once confirmed, a folder will be created with the contents inside. 
If nothing happens when you double-click the zip file, you may need to install a zip file extractor program. Once you've extracted the ZIP file and started exploring the folders, you'll notice different files formats in each folder. 
This is because we offer designs in various formats to accommodate different embroidery machines. You'll need to locate the files compatible with your embroidery machine. After unzipping the file, you can move the files to your hard drive or flash drive.
 To transfer the embroidery design to the flash drive, you'll first need to locate the flash drive. When you plug it into your computer, it appears as another hard drive. On a PC, look under "My Computer" to find it listed. On a Mac, you'll see the flash drive listed as a location on the left-hand side of the Finder window. Simply drag and drop the embroidery files you need onto the flash drive.
