Welcome to Finery Embroidery. This license agreement outlines the permitted and restricted uses of our digital embroidery designs and other assets.

1. Allowed Uses

  • ✅ You may use our embroidery designs for **personal projects**.
  • ✅ Small business owners can use our designs to create **physical embroidered products for sale** (up to 500 units per design).
  • ✅ You may resize or adjust the embroidery designs to fit your needs.

2. Prohibited Uses

  • ❌ You may NOT **resell, share, or redistribute** the digital embroidery files in any format.
  • ❌ Mass production (over 500 units per design) **requires a commercial license**.
  • ❌ You may NOT claim our designs as your own or use them in a logo or trademark.
  • ❌ You may NOT use our designs in print-on-demand services (e.g., Redbubble, Amazon Merch, Teespring).

3. Commercial Licensing

If you wish to use our embroidery designs for **large-scale production (500+ units)** or in digital products, please contact us to obtain an **extended commercial license**.
